| BOOKING CONDITIONS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. The Contract
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between the owners of alltickets.uk.com and the booking client
("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements by, inter alia, facsimile, letter, written order form or telephone and alltickets have accepted such a booking-an invoice being proof of such acceptance.
2. Price
All prices quoted are quoted in English Pounds. In event of the rate of Sales Tax being increased between the acceptance of a booking and an event the client shall be liable to pay such increase before tickets are issued. The premium charged above the face value of tickets, to officially sold out events, reflect our costs of obtaining preferred seating and are based on supply, demand and seat location on your preferred date. If your first choice of ticket is not available we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund. All deposits are non refundable
3. Payment & Refunds Policy
3.1 The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3.2 Should an event for any reason be cancelled alltickets will strictly only be liable for the face value of the ticket.
3.3 alltickets will refund any monies due within 28 days of cancellation or agreement to refund by alltickets
3.4 In the event of an event being postponed or re-scheduled your tickets will be valid for the new date. alltickets will not refund any monies for any events that are postponed or re-sheduled. If you are unable to make the new date we will issue you with a voucher which can be redeemed for a future event with alltickets.uk.com
3.5 The billing name on your statement will be serviceplus Your credit / debit card statement will appear in English Pounds
4. Cancellation or Variations by the Client
4.1 Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made by email to allticketsshop@yahoo.co.uk and confirmed be alltickets.uk.com in writing. to alltickets 9 harrow place london e1 7 db
4.2 Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to alltickets. to the address above, and is only effective if accepted in writing by alltickets.
5. Consequences of Cancellation by the Client
5.1 Cancellation by the client- Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality
If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client more than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for 50% of the total price of the booking. If a booking or part of a booking is cancelled by the client less than sixty days before the event the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking.
5.2 Cancellation by the client- Tickets only
In the event of cancellation after 7 days of booking by the client, the client shall be liable for 50% of the total price of the booking. There is no cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of booking.
6. Alterations to advertised packages
6.1 All advertised packages are subject to availability
6.2 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking. Were such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking. alltickets accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, alltickets agrees to use reasonable endeavours( such reasonable endeavours to be strictly subject to the organisers/promoters of events and/or other third parties making alternative packages available and further subjects to alltickets right to change the price applicable ) to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package.
6.3 alltickets have the right to change the price applicable to a booking ( upwards or downwards ) at any time prior to a booking being accepted.
7. Liability of alltickets
7.1 The client hereby acknowledges that alltickets acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that alltickets will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortious loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.
7.2 In any event alltickets shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
7.3 alltickets will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.
8. Weather
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of alltickets and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss or enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by alltickets.
8b. Postal strikes
alltickets will not be held responsible for industrial action taken by Royal Mail or any other delivery or courier company which may result in the delay of delivery or loss of tickets.
9. Transportation
alltickets shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellation or unavailability of public or priSales Taxe transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of state, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of alltickets.
